HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

Wow, I don't sleep much like Asura lol but about 7 hours a day yeah

I try to sleep 7h but usually ends up with 6...

now that I don't need to commute as much, around 8 or 9. still feel tired af tho.

I sleep more than 9 hours a day and I still get tired

I've been trying to increase steam amount of hours I sleep per day by at least 2 because I just feel tired each time I wake up Alas it is difficult to create such a big life change in such a short amount of time

I get about 6-10 a day the inconsistency isn't great

I like to sleep from 8 to 10 hours if im very tired

I usually sleep 6 to 8 hours per day.

Idk it depends how long I stay up during the night for

sadly 5 hours, i really wanna sleep 8 hours, because im always tired thru out the day
