HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

i get around 7-8 hrs of quality sleep

I usually get between 6 and 8 hours.

Right now I try to sleep 6-8 hours, but when I was younger (until around 13 years old) my bedtime was always at 8pm lol
I would wake up at 4am and watch cartoons all morning in the dark until the rest of my family would wake up/get ready for school haha

Im sleeping like 4-6 hours in the week, weekends something like 7-9 :D

Sleep is for the weak, rise up insomiacs

I sleep 7 hours a day and I feel nice and good sleep makes you feel comfortable and active through out your day

Personally i sleep about 8 hours

i usally sleep 8h if i sleep less im tired all the day

Arround 6, the bare minimum imo
