HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I'm getting too old to be comfortable with less than 7. Average has to be around 8

To be honest, I sleep arround 5-7 hours, depending on the shifts I have.

Up to 6 Hours poggers iu gues thats not much

I get about 7 and try to snag a nap in where I can most days. I NEVER used to nap but these days I find it's great for a recharge.

The thing is its not per day, its more of how many days do you stay awake until you sleep

Around 7, but I try to push to 8 sometimes haha

i like to sleep alot. i sleep mayne 9 hours a day. idk, i dont count how many hours i sleep

Probably not enough. Whats the recommended amount?

8-9 hours is good for me i feel very energitic
