HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I usually get 8 hours of sleep, sometimes 10 if I don't have any work to do.

I try to get at least 8 hours a day. But only get like 5 - 6 hours, because I have a hard time to fall asleep...

8 a day is fine. probably would sleep more if it wasnt the alarm

My schedules break so easy, I usually sleep for 3-2 hours and sometimes 6-8, inexplicable ..

I tend or aim to get 6-8 hours sleep per night but mostly I end up sleeping max. 5 hours. I dont now why but for a couple of weeks I dont sleep very well. I work Monday - Saturday. Just sundays are off where I can sleep up to 10 hours. Do you have some techniques or tips?

8 hours most of the time but i have trouble getting in sleep.

honestly i only get around 5-6, because i get in bed at around 10/11, im on my phone till 12/1, and i wake up around 5/6

It feels like 3 but i get about 7.

I like sleep but at the same time I like staying up late. I typically do get an average of 6-8 hours, I think. Sometimes if it's more I end up being groggy throughout the day
