HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

Lately because I work night shifts I've been having like 3 hours of sleep each day..

I sleep 7 hours not higher or lower. pog people sleep in 7 hours.

Appoximately 8 hours. while school maybe 6 hours.

I have to sleep at least 6 hours, my head dizzy if less than that, then in the afternoon sleep 1 hour

Depends, on weekends usually 8 hours. otherwise 4 to 6 most of the time

During summer, about 9-10 hours, during school/work I am lucky if I get 6-7

I usually sleep around 7-8 hours per day, or really per night I suppose.

I try to get at least 7 hours but its more like 4-6.

i dont know, it depends when i go to sleep mostly 7-8 hours.
