HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

i sleep like 5 hours then im good lol im quite a busy person

Lately, I've been sleeping less than 7 hours, which is fine for me, but I miss sleeping 10 hours daily

I sleep like 4-5 Hours a night Oof rip my sleeping

i sleep 3,4 hours lately, and it is very bad

I usually sleep around 9 or 12 hours

I would like to sleep 8 or 10 h once a week at least. But I always wake up earlier und go to bed late, so I am around 5 - 5,5hours per day

I hope for 10 hours of sleep but somehow I end up sleeping 5 hours every time.

inconsistently between 3 and 8 hrs depending on how much work I have

6, 8 if I'm lucky, and I'm old enough to know better, but old habbits die hard
