HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

usually about 6 in warmer months and 8-9 in colder weather

I sleep between 6 - 8 hours, up to 10 hours if i play at night, so yeah like most people with 16 - 25 years old

I schlep about 5-11 hours, depends when went to bed and what day it is

You're lucky to sleep only 4 hours a day, I often sleep 8 hours a day

I'm physically incapable of doing less than 8 regularly, my body just conks out of existence until I'm rested

I sleep 4 hours a day, sometimes even 3. I have been sleeping very badly recently, insomnia often began to haunt me. in the morning I fall asleep, and then, as at the snap of my fingers, I wake up from the fact that I no longer have to go anywhere

My sleep schedule is all over the place right now lol, but I would say I sleep around 8 hours on a good night.

Around 7 hours i think, sometime longer - But 8 hours+ is too much

It depends but mostly about 7-8 hours
