HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

either way too little or way too much...

I try to sleep 6-8 hours.

6 to 7. anything less and im a zombie. Anything more and Im a zombie but in a different way.

i usually sleep about 8-9 hours

I sleep about7,5 hours a day

mostly 5-6 hrs like when i must go to school but if I got some free days then mostly 10 hrs

I try to sleep 8 but always end up with 4

umm probably around 12-16h every two days

I try to have like 7 hours of sleep but I stay up late and then have to get up early for work so it doesn't always work out
