HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

Usually i sleep around 6-7 hours a day, sometimes more, sometimes less.
Wish i would've slept more tonight lol

I'm trying to wake up early to join the 5 am club and sleep early betwwen 6-8 hours

For me aorund 7-8, 9 on the weekends

I sleep like 6hr on school days but like 9hrs on weekedns

noramlly about 7-8 on the weekend more

8 hours a day . Im serious btw . Only sleep at night

I straight up range anywhere from 6-8 hours. I totally screwed it up before my new job tomorrow through my old job which was a constant 4AM-12:30AM and I sorta said fuck it... respectfully
