HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

7/8 usually. Sometimes I sleep for like 13 hours on a Friday and wake up at like 4pm though.

I usually sleep about 6 hours per day I don't know how to control it or anything.

Yesterday i sleep for 8 hours. First time in 5 years i get 8 hours of sleep

On a working day I sleep around 6-7 hours. But on the weekend I sometimes sleeps 10+ hours.

5-14 hours depends on the day

Usually 7 hours but on free days it can increase to 12 hours. Hate that actually as I often feel meh :/

I sleep 7 hours a day, but I read on the Internet that it is still good to sleep for 5 hours

i also sleep like 3-4 hours sometimes
