HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I go to sleep at 10 and get up at 7:30

I usually sleep about 4-5 hours a day. I don't have too much time to sleep.

I sleep about 6-8 hours per day because of gaming >_<

I sleep probaly 9 hours and wake up at 7:00 AM on school days and wake up at nearly 10:00 AM on free days.

Now that I retired, I have terrible habit of staying up until 3 am and sleeping until 1 pm. Wifey not happy.

Not damn enough. Probably 6 hours at the most

like 7, but i try to sleep 8, for some reason i always wake up at 7 hours of sleep

I have to sleep 8 hours a day, otherwise I end up sleeping 12 hours a day
