HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

About 7 hours per night. It's great.

It's about six to eight hours a day

i sleep 10 hours per day pretty important

over the past six months i have spent an average of 7 hours

I sleep between 3 and 5 hours a day and sometimes have late nights, which is enough for me :D

I don't know how it turns out, but I sleep 3-4 times a day, for about 4 hours, it's strange, maybe sometimes it even turns out for 15 hours 0_0

8 hours a day but clearly have had not enough lately

i sleep only 3 or 4 hours per day. I get tired because of this but its good habit

my sleep schedule is super messed up currently, so I'm only averaging 5-6 hours I think.

Probably around 5-6 hours a day, it really depends on what day it is, like during weekends i sometimes sleep longer
