HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I sleep around 7 | 8 hours per day

depends on work/how I'm feeling. it could range from 4 to even like 10 if I'm feeling lazy lol.

Around 6 or 8, never more than that, i try to sleep less to play more xd

I need 9-10hrs of sleep or else I can't function. But I also takes some meds that mess with my sleep so...

I like to sleep in two four-hour blocks during the day. Usually 2-6am and then 6-10pm

I sleep like 6-7 on a good day tbh.

I shoot for 10 but honestly get more like 6-4 hours a night with 10 hour work days which I refuse to work past Thursday giving me 3 day weekends. I can tell you I have one of the most happy women in my life.. She came from a well funded family.. Her last husband worked all the time, gave her and the kidseverything, but was mean to the kids and never spent time with the family.. I am the opposite always believed work smarter not harder. Let me just say I get more sleep than him and he might make more than me. However, I've managed to have a better place and she is happier with me and her kids as well..

Usually 4-5 hours. I have an amazing day when I sleep 6h. I need a self-driving car to catch up on nap time.

Depends,on holidays I sleep around 7-8 hours,but onweekdays when I have to go college I sleep around 5-6 hours

6-7 hours on average, but 9+ in the winter
