HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

On work days I may sleep only 4 hours because I can't fall asleep if im not awake for 16h+

well in the past i used to sleep like 3-4 hours per day, now i managed to get min 8 hours

4-5 are possible but 7 hours are best for me

about 6-7. i dont need much more, might change in a few years

I've been getting about 7 at best recently, which is not enough, I need about 9 to easily stay awake lol.

8or 10, I usually sleep from 3-4am and wake up at 12 pm PLsr

14 hours a day at least lol

My body refuses to let me sleep for less than 7-8 pretty much. Somedays I can get 6 but it doesn't like it very much. I just wanna wake up early but i'm struggling!
