HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I try to get around 8 hours but my insomnia says otherwise. On a good day maybe 6 hours a day.

7-8 hours per day all the week

6 hours per sleep cause im swag

Around 6-8 but tbh I'm not sure about the actual timeframe in which I'm actually asleep

I wanna sleep less fr like I think it's just a waste and I can utilize it somewhere else but less than 6 hours my head feels dizzy so 6 it is.

Sometimes 4 sometimes 12, I do like sleeping at least 10

I hate sleeping but I feel terrible when I don't get atleast 7 hours of sleep.

About 5-6 hours, not a lot buts its ok

I would say on a good day about 10 lol. but on a off day ill probably get 3-4 waking up a few times during my sleep

4-5 hours because i really don't sleep that much and i dont get sleep-deprived
