HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

When I was a bit younger, I remember being able to get 10 to 12 hours of sleep --oh to be young again.. LOL.

But now, it's 7 to 8 hours.. I do find that getting ~9 hours of sleep is where I perform best. --It's seldom that I get to do this but when I do I feel great.

I noticed that most NBB forumers (is that still a word)? have been getting 3 to 4 hours / night --do you feel tired during the day? or are you fine with it?

i usually sleep 7hrs to 8hrs per day

uhhh shit depends around 6-8 most of the time

I usually sleep between 6 and 8 before work.
On weekends I can sleep 9 or 10...

Usually around 4-5 hrs prob due to anxiety

Not enough :( I average about 4 - 6 hours a night before waking up.

I sleep 10 hours per day and is very bad
