HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

Probably around 6 hours and then maybe a 2 hour nap during the day too. I feel like a nap in the afternoon makes me feel more productive when i wake from that.

im not sure my sleeping schedule is fucked

I sleep usually around 8-10hours a day.

I try to sleep 8 hours + a day.

i think, 7-8 hrs, but its curious that when i sleep at 10pm i wake up at 10am

I sleep like 3 hours a day

It varies from day to day, but an generally speaking at least 30mins to 2.5hrs per day on weekends, and 3hrs on weekdays.

I try my best to get atleast 3 hours of sleep insomnia and all that uknow

like 3 hours or 20 hours theres no inbetween
