HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

Not enough! Between school and two jobs I am always tired

i usually sleeps 7 to 8hrs per day

I try to get at least 5hrs in but lately I've barely managed 3. It honestly feels like I'm killing myself most times but I'm able to function well, no problems driving or working. I sleep in on weekends but for some reason I can't bring myself to sleep on my own

I try to shoot for 8 hours but lately i've only been managing 6 hoping to fix my sleep schedule soon

I usually sleep around 8 hours a day. On some days, sometimes more, sometimes less.

5 or sometimes 8 depends how im feeling

bed at 1am wake up 1:01am staying on that heavy grind

Lately Ive been getting 6 hours and it was fine for a while but now Im drained. Im considering trying to polyphasic sleep cycle where you spread your 8 hours of sleep over the 24 hour day. Something like 2 or 3 hour segments.

I always trie to sleep at least 6 hours but very offten i sleep less than that.
