HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

pretty good 7-10 hours per night, but I have weird hours tho

I try to sleep around 7-8 hours

Maybe 7-8 hours a day. I dont like sleep but Im so tired everytime :DDD

i sleep straight 12hrs, without atleast 9hrs i cant function like a normal human being

For me, probably 8-9 hours but sometimes 5-6 hours is fine too.

in the week i am sleeping only 5 or 6 hours but at the weekend i can sleep in so i would say 9 hours

Lately, I've been having trouble sleeping. I mean, I sleep a lot. I can sleep 10 to 14 hours a day and this has a huge impact on my life and work. I work from home and sometimes it's extremely hard to wake up and start working for me. Apparently, my body lacks some vitamins. I even got a dog 4 months ago to motivate me to get up earlier and go outside more. Good way, I recommend :D But I could easily sleep 4-6 hours a day a few years ago, and this was enough for me to stay energetic and productive.

I usually sleep around 11 P.M then i usually wake up around 6 A.M if someone wakes up me this day will be hard for me because i feel pain in my eyes
