HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

Usually the average, 8 hours. I find a general rule for most people to be: Multiply your hours of sleep by 2, and that's roughly how long you can stay awake before feeling super tired again. 8x2=16. Therefore, 8 hours of sleep + 16 awake hours = 24 hours, a full day.

I think on good nights, I get around 8 hours, but some nights I only get 3 restful hours.

around 5-7 but if i don't get up the first time i wake up i will sleep the entire day

I used to sleep very few hours a night because I was trying to get more done during the day. At first, it worked, but then I got too tired because of the lack of sleep, and there was less time left than usual. So I try to get enough sleep and sleep nine hours a night. I have also found a way to automate the various things that were taking up my time, Power automate helps me with this. With this program I can not waste my time on some small things, now I'm doing Power automate training and trying to figure out how to use this program even better to automate as much stuff as possible.

I think 3hours are enough
