HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I have to sleep at least 6 hours, my head dizzy if less than that, then in the afternoon sleep 1 hour

My sleep schedule is a bit unconventional. I've trained myself to operate on a mere four hours of sleep per day.

im definitely an owl. i wake up sometimes at like 4-5am for no reason so i sleep like 2 3 hour sessions

I just sleep and when ever I wake up is good so prolly like 8hours

I don't like to sleep a lot, I usually sleep over 4-5 hours depend from day

5-6 hours, I am 30 years old tho. It got less the older I got.

6 maybe, it sucks. I really need more sleep, but I hate going to bed early. It's just that I already spend enough of my hours asleep, and working all day; I want to prolong my leisurely hours as long as possible..
