HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

usually one to two hours, sometimes i get ~5

i dont sleep, i fight crime.

Normal days:6~7

Exam tmr:7~8

Exam week(or 1 week prior):5~6

Never stay awake until like 4am or do an allnighter before exam. If you have to do it at least have minimum 4 hour sleep. Cramming information in your head for taking exam extremely tired is not worth it and you will probably do worse in terms of scores.

12am-9:15am. Have to wake up early for my breakfast.

i usually sleep at 2 am, and wake up at 10 am or less, so i think that u sleep like 7 hours per day

I've been sleeping a good recommended 7-8 hours now.

Lately I'm averaging 6.5 hours. I work nights and recently invested in some blackout curtains.

Around 5-7 usually, but not well.

I get a solid 8 hours of sleep a night.

I get random amounts of sleep
