HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I usually sleep 7-8 hours but my sleep schedule is really bad

i sleep for 8 hours usually

I sleep at least 5 hours a day not gonna lie.

probably around 8 to 10 hours

Sometimes i do sleepless for days and then other days i can sleep for 12 hours. My sleep cycle is completely fucked up.

Bruv in the op literally rolling with 3-4 hours a day?! That is wild talk - I need my 8 a night!

i sleep around 10 hours a day, oversleep is bad though
