HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

i sleep hella i be sleeping probalby around 6-10 hours a day

used to sleep about 9 hours but it's now 4 hours unfortunately due to work

like 7-8 hours maybe lmao

i sleep like a good aamount like 7-8 hours nglll

at least 7 since i'm pretty high maintenance ngl...

it varies. on what? idk lmfao.


usually i can sleep for 4hrs and feel fine. but there has been days where i’ve slept 10+ hrs.

i survive off minimal sleep tbh.. maybe like a few hours a night lool

honestly same, some days i sleep all day and feel exhausted whereas others i sleep for like an hour and am ready to go

usually around 7. a couple more in the weekends

8 hours max. maybe less when i have no school in the morning

eight hours, is necesary for my sleep very good
