HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

i used to do alot of all nighters but stopped 2 years ago due to hallucinations but now i get the actual sleep required for my age range (8-9 hours)

About 7 on average - few nights of 6 hrs and a few of 8 on the weekend or whatever. Probably could be doing better - recently read Why We Sleep Matthew Walker which had some good insights and advice. Essentially; it's important to sleep consistently well, you can't "recover" lost sleep on the weekend etc.

6-8 hours per day . i think is ok for one day

It's a weird one cause I find when I sleep a good amount, whats meant to be healty, i feel super sleepy all day
but when i get 4-5 hours i feel wide awake, how does that even work? lol

I need to sleep atleast 8 hours per day, otherwise I cant seem to get anything productive done during the day.

I sleep around eight hours right now; probably less after I start my new job in a couple of days.

I get around 5 or 6 hours on a work day

I try about 8 but depending on what i’m doing and how busy i am i don’t always get that.
