HOW MANY HOURS DO YOU SLEEP PER DAY?

I have to sleep at least 6 hours, my head dizzy if less than that, then in the afternoon sleep 1 hour

like 8 hours usually or less sometimes

i try and get like 9 but i always stay awake to long and eat which is why i love my health

I think i sleep like 7 hours max per day, i would like more

I sleep 6-8 hours a day, though I should go to sleep earlier

It usually depends on what I have planned for the week but on average I sleep anywhere between 6 to 10 hours. Sometimes I go the whole week sleeping 3 - 4 hours.

My average is 7/ 8 but when i drink it goes to 10/12 lol

approximately 7 to 8 hours per night

How can yall survive on 4 hours, i need 8 or im not functional
