HTML/CSS Game

So the point of this is to ask the thread to make something, and the person the makes it the most actuate and/or most neat will be able to ask the thread on what to create next.

Here's an example:

I ask the thread to make something
#1, #2, #3, #4, #5 have all created something on what I asked.
I think #3 has done it the most actuate and/or most neat, so I say #3 wins
#3 gets to then ask the thread on what to create
Then it repeats itself.

Please note that it must be something small that you ask to be made and random.

I'll start. Make me a blue ball and when hovered it gets 200% bigger for 5 seconds.

I don't understand this.

I think that i have to make webpage with blue ball and when someone hover on it gets 200% bigger

He's dead .-. Ok, Ill give You one, make a box 100x100, color black. When You hover, it should rotate, and change it's color.
