Hi there.

I learned HTML and CSS. Actually i just learned basics. Andi'm having trouble practicing.

So when I want to design a index I'm always clogged.

How do I practice?

Excuse me(or Sorry), my English is not good.

you still have to practice, try to find free PSD and try to turn them into html and css, I think you just watch the tutorials but did not understand each css properties , you must first well understand them

Hello
I advise you to give yourself a final goal. Do not start doing something big and too perfect.
You can try to image a site on a sheet and reproduce it step by step.
Do not hesitate to ask for help

Sorry for my bad english

The way i use to learn a new programming language is to find an impossible project (In your case i would suggest something like Facebook)
Try to replicate it, you will learn a lot by trying to create a copy of it. Since you will learn in the same time you create.

Something that people don't realize when people try to make websites, is web design is an ART, it's not programming. Web design is DESIGN. And with design you need to learn the eye of a designer. I know what I'm going to say is controversial, but if you want to learn good web design, you should also learn graphic design.
