HTTPS Athentication Login on ACP

I wonder how to edit the Username & the password on the HTTPS Login on the ACP,
& Full explanation please.

Admin details such as username and password are typically *your* forum account info which was created when you installed IPB.

HTTPS requires an SSL certifcate.
