you could use weleakinfo to get access to snapchat accounts

we leak info has been put down by the fbi. so it's not there anymore

It's almost imposibble to hijack/phising instagram account.. Hopefully you can find another method

I had some experience using parrot os, but you will not gonna find any real hacking something, but if you send them a file and then click on it you can get account easy.

most likely not right now, SEing for Instagram accounts MAYBE, but if you're going that far you might aswell just know their account.
