There are many options. Citizen Hack is one of the best cheats, but it is paid. If you want, you can try lua cheats, they are in the public domain, but they are detected by any anti-cheats, so I do not recommend it.

I don't know. The anti-cheat may find cheaters. If you want to hack you just have to make your own cheat, with coding, programmation, etc ..

There isn't much worthwhile cheating for in Garrys mod. If you want to cheat, the best ones are C++ hacks as opposed to Lua hacks.

Yes, you do. The anticheat has screengrab, so the most hacks dont work anymore.
