Had LoL any Hackers?

Hacking as in cheating / scripting? - those programs usually cost a ton.

There are hackers in game
example: money hack, fly hack, jump hack .....

not so much i used before but i banned instantly so you cant see cheaters on high accounts

You kidding right? Legit just search for league of legends scripts on google... There are a TON

There are hackers in game. But it's very rare to come across one, and even if you do, it's hard to recognise them.
