1. Go ahead and E-mail them saying your Rubber Ducky/ Pineapple ist connecting or just not working.
2. Send them the fake PoP.
3. Wait a few days.
4. Get a completely new Product.

Or you can actually create a rubber ducky. It's really simple and it doesn't require anything other than a normal USB.
