Hanzo broken?

I never regularly played hanzo but when I first did in competitive I gained around 1000 sr, this is unbelievable, they need to fix him.
He is so broken and it is so easy to kill players.
What are your thoughts on this?

Yeah they wanna do the same forevery hero making it easy to play for 12 yo kids for example lucio back in 2017 almost no one was able to wall ride
and shot at the same time now everyone can do that ez

With his arrow ability he can drop tanks in a few seconds... seems kind of lame

I don't think so. Overwatch is the good-balanced game, so there are no broken chars

I hate him sometimes. I cant play him. Thats the reason.
