Hanzo seems pretty broken

Been playing as hanzo quite alot and realised that he is quite broken with sr, anyone else noticed? It seems like a big problem that needs to be fixed!

Don't know if broken, or all the Hanzos in my team play without hands or something. I've started the current season with about 2300 and thanks to some lose streaks I'm down to 1500 ...
