I would choose second choice since It's not far from true for me and I got used to it.
There isn't that amount of money that would replace my own kids.
I plan to have lot of them and that's the purpose of life for me.

PS: It's not hard choice at all.

I'll say it again without humor so it's less offensive.

You can have your sperm preserved for future use prior to having your balls and penis removed, eliminating the issue of not being able to have children. I have a feeling you didn't know about sperm preservation, it's a real thing.

The idea that money would solve your issues will make a hard impact on your decission. You would probably end up regretting it. Money can only get you so far, while intimacy and close relations are the fundament of what makes you enjoy life. So yeah, this isn't really a hard choice.
