RE: Have you owned or managed a server? 18-08-2018, 03:29 PM #52 i was making server. called unityplayz it was latvian server first server who was released but now im just working on new server called exity ;D now i can better build and config like when i started unityplayz then i needed a builder but i learn in 1 year how to build and now im building alone my spawn ;D

RE: Have you owned or managed a server? 05-09-2018, 09:18 PM #55 i used to be the head of staff of a minigames server with a peak of about 200 people, staff team of about 20. most work ive everdone. i used to spend like 48 hours at a time on a skype call with developers, staff etc. the owner was in the military so pretty much just let me do what ever i wanted as long as he kept making a little money each month. i resigned because the owner called me incompetant. when i left so did the entire senior leadership team. im talking all admins and senior mods. leaving a massive void that threw the server into disarray.

My biggest thing was having staff that was motivated enough to auctully help. Most times it fell to just me and my Head admin doing everything and it got to be to much. By the end when I decided to shut down I have losted ALOT of money I've put into it and years of dedicated work. Sadly the server we all came from org decided to take a very unique idea/ feature i developed and claimed it as thier own.. A Shadow On The wall, A Ghost In The Fog..
