Having Troubles

i just bought server host from FadedServers, dont know why but on default files they provide me the server still won't start xD and i dont know why hahaha.

if anyone on has the same serve host can help me out seems that customer service is AFK

i don't have the that host but i would contact support on the server and ask them what the problem is and they are the most likely to know how to fix it.
