There was tournament mode before I believe, but it got taken down, or atleast I think.

I dont think that league allows a offline version of the game. I have never try it but, i dont think its possible. You can train a bit in the training room, with flash and combos etc.

It would be a little strange, but only the sandbox part is more welcome to be on the offline version.
