Help Documents Amendment

People are usually banned here for not using English.
And this is only fair,since this is an English speaking forum.

While it's common knowledge to use this language,it is not clearly stated in the Help Documents.
It's a pity for members to get frustrated over such a ban (considering the have read the rules,lol).

This method adds only some text on the Posting Etiquette document and makes the team look more transparent and objective.

my idea is to add a menu with the most common help document like in v4 but since v4 is coming around soon this wont be needed Oathkeeper

Well thanks venipa for telling us about that feature in v4.. sounds like a that's going to be beneficial for everyone.. I cant wait to check it out myself.
