My ips forum is not getting the user's email confirmation, how do you solve it?

what server are you using and check the email on the server side

SendGrid, I was using php and had the same problem.

why dont you just make a gmail account and use that for just register members and set it in the email in you admin or check make sure your api key is working

You can register a free MailGun account, you can set up SMTP in the forum, so all registration emails will be received.
