When someone create an acc in my forum there's no email message in their email acc to confirm there acc.

Which forum software are you using? Is it Xenforo? If its Xenforo, then its DNS maybe.

I think confirmation emails are being stored to the spam folder.
Or Try setup your e-mail again.
