[Help] Read manga 'Offilie'

as the titel say, is there any chances to read manga offline on phone or on pc! in a legal way or [not] lel i know Amazon offers some of them as kindle version. Google Play might have it too, or something like that but! do you know another way to do that? please let me know if there is any chances.

v4hl This is really late but here are few apps thatlet you able to Read at the Same download a Manga.

• MangaZone
  
• MangaDLR
  
• HakuNeko
  
• ZingBox
  

You should head to the library. There are books there. Probably even Chinese anime books.

If you have an android phone, download MangaZone and iPhone has MangaRock (i think)
