Help With Perma Props

Can someone help me with how to make props on your server perma!
I have looking on the internet but do not find it:

When you joined your server in tools its called PermaProps, then after you pick it up click on a prop that you want to make perma.

Well What you have to do is download the addon perma props from the workshop then just do what there person above me said.

Get the toolgun called 'PermaProps', that's the best one out there for that sort of stuff
