Help for my Garry's Mod server pls

Hello my name is Yusuf Salih i wanna to make a server but i have no experience. I actually did a lot of things like jobs, map but i can't do important things i should make a Turkish server but it's more hard because all addons English and it's hard for me to translate i know shared.lua but everything is not translated from shared.lua like addon item names. I watched helper videos like Code Blue but did not help much. I don't know things like Garry's Mod coding language. I am sure there are a very experienced people on this site if you can help me pls contact me at discord or leave a comment
