Help me unlimit my paypal

Hello, so my paypal got limited and requires photo ID to unlock. This isn't my paypal, so I won't be able to upload the photo ID. I have all information regarding the paypal, including a US phone number which I have access to. Would anyone here be able to help me unlock this? Will pay ofc. And is it possible at all?
