Help needed to find a certain template

Good morning/afternoon

I used to use a template for my music page which i had ended up losing the site and template as i let it go dormant, i do have ayoutube video of it in action, i had originally got it from a similar forum to this but a long time ago and am struggling to find the template again anywhere, even i need to buy it from the original creator i would do.Thank you in advance for any help/information
