Help with Text Editor MyBB

Guys i need help with text editon in MyBB..
I want to customize the text editor like in here nulledbb but most important i want this two buttons "Hide" and "Spoiler" on toolbar because if a newbie enters the forum maybe he dont know how to enter the tags manually.. so can anyone help me with that?

Also something extra... What could be problem for MyBB for not showing toolbar in text editor? i tryed plenty things nothing worked.
