Help with changing classical postbit

So my postbit is currently totally fucked up. I somehow got rid of the template and shit, so I'm at zero again.
Is there someone as kind who could fix this:


and kinda make it similar to NBB. No, I'm not asking you to copy it, I just want the same principles.
I'll provide an admin account if needed, but just a template or something like that would be fine.

Oh and also, I mostly mean the shape, I can re-arrange the postbit details myself.

also just realised it should be under support. Oh well, can staff move it please?
