Yooooooo, I have the terminals system inside of my server, but I'm really debating swapping it for this addon now, this looks so cool!
Could you explain a-bit more about the IPAD the PM holds, is that an entity you purchase or a swep you assign to User-Groups?

You can't unlock it until you've posted enough.
I would recommend you look around the site, get involved in the community, even post some resources of your own onto the forums.

Then, when you have enough credits from posting, and you have a high enough post count, you will be eligible to download this content.
